Getting ready to leave the dock! We packed a cooler full of food, sunscreen, and camera-then took off to meet Jarrod at the boat dock. It would be the first time this year both kids have been on the boat! Maggie was so excited to finally go fishing with Daddy. JD wanted to try out his new bait, Mom just wanted to make sure she did not wreck driving wth the boat! Needless to say we had a blast. We caught lots of bluegill, sunfish, and runaway pirates ( What an imagination they have:) When we pulled up, Maggie saw jarrod and started yelling " Daddy- we brought you your boat" over and over! I think their favorite part was going for a ride and pretending to chase down the pirates. We were successful and made it back to the dock before they got us.
